Lengthily vortex over the North Sea remains anchored with various troughs rotating around that feature. A similar picture exists at lower levels with an elongated surface low over the North Sea and adjacent areas.
Over Europe, no overlap of BL moisture, mid-level lapse rates and adequate shear exists for organized DMC.
UK may see graupel / gusty winds with convection and the far E-Ukraine may experience marginal hail with strongest storms.
