SYNOPSIS and DISCUSSION:

An high pressure area covers most of CNTRL-Europe. It is framed by numerous cyclonic vortices. A few non-severe thunderstorm areas were issued for disorganized convection. Sleet/gusty winds remain the main hazard although an isolated waterspout event can't be ruled out (e.g. coasts of SE Spain, atop the Aegean Sea and W-coast of Greece). Clustering storms over SE Spain (mainly mountainous areas) could bring heavy rain due to erratic/slow storm motion.
