....Parts of the Ukraine and Belarus...

A sharp moisture gradient of 7-10°C is currently present over the northwestern Ukraine. Rich PBL moisture north and east of this dissipating front developed further towards the north and west than yesterday anticipated and hence a significant expansion of the highlighted area became necessary.
No significant changes to the rest of the forecast.
