SYNOPSIS

No significant changes to yesterday's outlook. Large upper trough remains over Europe, and polar jet extends rather south over the Atlantic, forming a delta flow regime over western Mediterranan, where upper trough axis is present. A kind of polar low has formed underneath the western center of the European trough over the warm sea surface of the North Sea. Weak vertical wind shear and relatively strong low-level buoyancy are present in the range of the weak surface low, and expect that a few water-spouts in the range of showers and thunderstorms will be possible again.

Over Mediterranean, cold air mass has become unstable in the range of the upper trough. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to go on spreading into Adriatic. Although DLS will be around 20 m/s, expect that severe thunderstorms will not occur due to weak and shallow instability.
