SYNOPSIS

A low pressure system that is best defined at mid and upper levels is expected to remain virtually stationary across northwestern Germany. In the neighbourhood of this system, sufficiently deep instability for a couple of thundery convective storms should build during Sunday afternoon. Additional mostly non-severe storms can be expected further south over central parts of the Mediterranean region and across the Aegean Sea and parts of Turkey.
