A Mesoscale Discussion was issued to highlight an imminent severe to extremely severe risk in the MD area.

Latest radar data reveals two expanding clusters of severe convection racing E/NE. Radar indicates intensifying rear inflow jets with gusts near hurricane force just shy above the ground and deep hail cores. Conditions ahead remain very supportive for long-lived severe bow echoes with a risk of significant hail and severe to damaging gusts - at least for the next 1 to 2h before they enounter a drier BL airmass with decreasing CAPE. These are high impact thunderstorms!
