SYNOPSIS and DISCUSSION

A potent cyclonic vortex over far NE Europe pushes cool/cold and dry air far to the south over CNTRL / E - Europe. To its west, quiescent conditions persist beneath an extensive high pressure area.

This set-up assists only in localized and sporadic non-severe thunderstorm probabilities. Peak activity occurs during the afternoon hours and will be found in the Tell Atlas region.
