The level 2 over Belarus, Ukraine and Russia has been downgraded to level 1, due to storm-relative flow in a direction parallel to the front, so that remains of older storms degraded the downstream environment along the front.
The Alpine level 1 was downgraded to level 0, given poorer initiation and 12Z sounding of Udine - althrough the Milan 12Z instability looks better, but with very poor shear.
The Spanish-French thunder area has been expanded a little.
