SYNOPSIS

A stable weather conditions are predicted across most of Europe as the blocking situation continues. A large high pressure system will deepen with center over the Northern Sea and a low will stagnate over the Black Sea. An outbreak of arctic air is underway across much of Central and Eastern Europe.

Few weakly electrified thunderstorms can form in marginally unstable atmosphere over the Black and Ionian Sea. No severe weather is expected due to the unfavourable conditions across whole Europe.
