Latest rawinsonde ascents from Spain reveal very favorable shear profiles, exhibiting about 90 degree veering in the assumed inflow region, 15 m/s LLS and about 20 m/s DLS. Storms continue to develop in this kinematic environment, and although latest radar imagery reveales more of a linear organization of the storms, potential for tornadic supercells remains very high. Apart from tornadoes, large hail and damaging wind gusts may occur. Degree of anticipated severe weather justifies an upgrade to level two.
