SYNOPSIS

Blocked weather pattern continues with high pressure over N-Europe and 2 upper lows over far SW and SE/E Europe. There are a few regions, which could see thunderstorm development and DLS over the W-Black Sea is intense enough for some strong storms with a strong to severe wind gust risk, but otherwise, no organized thunderstorm threat expected. There will be a flash flood risk over SW-Turkey during the night hours as intense precipitation is forecast, partially convective/stratiform in nature.
