During the past 1-2 hours conditions became favorable for severe hailstorms to form over N-Germany with some large hail reports already recieved.
12Z soundings - now all available - indicate a broad area of moderate instability / shear so a level-2 will be issued.
Large hail - some significant -, severe wind gusts and isolated tornadoes will pose a significant risk !
