DISCUSSION

Main reason for this update was the expansion of the TSTM-area over Spain and Portugal further towards the SW.
Costal areas of E/SE Spain indicate an increase of boundary layer humidity as a result of the diurnal sea-land cycle.
Latest WV/IR images already indicate an increase in convection.

Moistening of the mid-levels will start during the next few hours over SW Spain and Portugal and could also support an isolated TSTM. Shear will be too weak for any significant organisation.

Only minor changes were made for the rest of the oulook area.
