Monday at 06:00 UTC ... a very broad ridge remains in place over western and central Europe. A NE-SW-oriented trough is located west of Ireland. Over NE Europe, a NWly flow prevails. Embbedded within this flow are a shortwave trough intially over central Finland and a weaker disturbance downstream, to the SE of St. Petersburg.

Severe storms appear unlikely furing the forecast period given that no areas Are forecast to see strong wind shear or forcing where substantial CAPE is present.
